Delivery

Every order ships from our fulfilment hub in Shenzhen with Portless, our logistics partner, and reaches any door in 75 countries in five to eight days, duties and taxes prepaid. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No customs forms, no surprise fees.

Returns

If a piece is not right, write to us within 14 days of delivery. For items under USD 100 we usually resolve by photo, no posting required. For everything else we send a return authorisation and the warehouse address; the refund reaches your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days once the piece passes inspection.
