One percent of every WANLI sale returns to the steppe and the herders it comes from.

The fibre in every piece begins with families who winter at forty below with their animals. The programme funds what they name as most useful: veterinary care for the herds, winter feed reserves for hard years, and school support for herder children who board in the aimag centres.

Who receives it is decided with the herder cooperatives we buy from, and the results are reported openly once a year in the Journal. The first report follows the first full year of the relaunch.

It is not charity. It is the supply chain paying its respects.
