A WANLI piece is made to last, and made to matter. This page is how you keep it that way.

Care

Cashmere, yak and wool ask for little. Hand wash cold or dry clean. Dry flat, away from direct sun. Store folded, never hung, with cedar nearby. Between washes, air a knit overnight; the fibre recovers on its own.

Repair, not replace

Snags, small holes and worn cuffs can almost always be mended. Write to contact@journeyofwanli.com with a photo and we will arrange the repair. Outerwear carries a lifetime repair promise: as long as the piece exists, we will fix it.

When a piece truly retires

Send it back. Natural fibre returns to the earth, and we make sure it does so properly.
